Terms and Conditions - The Basics

Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our approved channels.

  • Payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your request.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the agreed rate.

Custom Orders & Catering

  • For catered events or private chef services, a signed agreement and deposit may be required.

  • Final guest counts, menu selections, and any special requests must be confirmed no later than the agreed planning deadline.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • Deposits for catered events are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

  • Baked goods and confection orders are final once prepared, and refunds cannot be issued.

Liability

  • Ryan’s Table is not responsible for allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose allergies at the time of order.

  • We strive for excellence in every dish, but please note that slight variations may occur since each item is handmade.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

At Ryan’s Table, we are committed to ensuring your experience—whether enjoying our signature desserts, hosting an intimate private chef event, or working with us through consultation—is seamless and memorable.

 

Shipping (Store Products Only)

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10 per order, regardless of size.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items or chocolate confections.

  • For services (private chef or consultation), once delivered, services are considered completed and non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Store Products: All sales are final. Refunds are not available once items are prepared or shipped.

  • Personal Chef Services & Catering: Deposits are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will make every effort to reschedule your event.

  • Consultation Services: Once a session has been delivered, refunds are not available.

Cancellations

  • Store Products: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been prepared or shipped.

  • Personal Chef Services & Catering: Cancellations must be made no later than the agreed planning deadline. Deposits are non-refundable, but in most cases, we can reschedule your event.

  • Consultation Services: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to allow for rescheduling.

Our Promise

Every order and service we provide is crafted with care and attention. While we cannot accept returns, if there is ever an issue with your experience, please contact us directly at so we can make it right.
