Due to the nature of this product, and for safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns for this product. All sales are final.

Processing Time: Orders are freshly baked and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Method: Cakes are shipped via [UPS/USPS/FedEx] Priority Mail to ensure freshness.

Packaging: Each cake is sealed for freshness, placed in a sturdy bakery box, and cushioned with protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on destination.

Warm Weather Advisory: During warmer months, cakes may be shipped with ice packs and insulated liners to maintain quality.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. (no international or PO Box deliveries).

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
